NOTE: Continual turning of the lower section 1 way will unscrew it and the pendant will separate into 2 halves.  The ashes are not compromised as they are in a separate chamber.  This is not a fault of the pendant and will not be replaced under warranty should this happen.  If you notice your pendant becoming loose when transitioning to/from the heart shape simply tighten the screw with a screwdriver (can also be done by turning the lower half the opposite way).
